This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and take every measure to protect your personal information. Any personal information we receive is used only to fulfil your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
All services provided by ThomasHost, Inc. may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any United States Federal, State, or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ThomasHost, Inc. and its employees from any claims resulting from use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
Our acceptable use policy is actively and strictly enforced. Offending content or users are suspended from our network, usually as soon as they are discovered — though we will always inform you when and why any action has been taken.
The subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that it can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company, and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. The subscriber therefore agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from causes beyond its direct and exclusive control.
The subscriber further acknowledges that the company's liability for its own negligence may not, in any event, exceed an amount equivalent to the charges payable by the subscriber for services during the period in which the damages occurred. In no event shall the company be liable for any special or consequential damages, loss, or injury.
We bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. We offer a 24-hour refund policy.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards via PayPal, as well as major cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and more), for all our plans. There are no contract periods, but each successive period is automatically renewed unless we are notified otherwise.
All accounts are billed according to the date they were first activated. If a renewal is not paid within 1 day of the due date, the account is suspended. If it is not paid within 5 days of suspension, the account is terminated.
